system we are always able to identify the closest available
vehicle for any job which reduces both empty vehicle mileage
& pick up times. We have linked this technology with a
live traffic monitoring system which enables us to avoid sitting
in traffic by going round the problem whenever this is possible.
This in turn enables us to keep costs to a minimum whilst
maintaining the highest levels of service in the business.
Our fleet in excess of 100 vehicles from small vans to 18
ton lorries is managed by a highly sophisticated computerised
system that tracks all of our vehicles, constantly calculating
the most efficient solution to pick up each consignment across
the entire fleet. This also enables us to reload vehicles
with return consignments by knowing exactly where they are,
again keeping costs to a minimum & cutting CO2 emissions
at the same time - we're one of the most efficient fleets
in the UK by far.
The new generation of smartphones our drivers are equipped
with puts our fleet of modern vehicles at your disposal, with
any special requirements or instructions sent straight to
the driver as your vehicle is booked. These units also provide
us with the ability to send customers electronic proof of
delivery along with photographic evidence if required “as
